To convince Americans to forgo their automobiles for such nearby errands, Yuba, the country's top-selling cargo bike brand, set out to design a safe, reliable e-bike with plenty of room to transport goods that normally require cars. The Spicy Curry, which can reach speeds of up to 20 mph using a 48-volt, 350-watt electric motor developed by Currie Technologies, gives city-dwellers an eco-friendly alternative to car travel.
