The food is designed & served on table with Asian fusion cuisine. Food menu at Lonu is curated by award winner Australian chef Luka Mangan. The food is mostly cooked by local raw sea food from the area itself. There are total of six food places in the Island. The Emperor General Store gives you liberty to buy your own raw food & cook in the kitchen if you are staying in the villa. Self-barbecue is available at the the emperor store club.

Amilla Fushi is located in Baa Atoll which is one of the 26 natural atolls of Indian Ocean. Amilla Fushi is one of the three resorts in the place. There is no direct flight.
