If you are a fitness freak must follow 300 workout at least once a week and those who are not can still follow ther's no no harm on the contrary it loosens up the body . I follow it  once a week along with my regular regime and believe me it works ! t not only breaks the monotony but is an effective work out for all parts of the body .
