3 ways to help treat vitiligo

If you have a skin condition known as vitiligo, one of the causes may be overexposure to the sun. Here are three ways to treat that condition in a natural way.
1 - Ginger

Ginger is known as perhaps the most natural wonder cure for white patches on the skin that are caused by too much sun. There are many forms of ginger solution. However, the easiest way to apply ginger to treat vitiligo is simply to place a slice of freshly cut, raw ginger root on the affected area. Leave the ginger on the area of affected skin until it dries on top of the skin. Replace the ginger at least once every day. This process usually takes a few weeks in order to see an improvement.
Another form of ginger treatment is soaking babchi seeds in the juice of ginger for three days. Each day, this ginger juice must be replaced. After three days, remove the husks by rubbing the seeds with your hands. Grind them into a powder once they had been dried in the sun. You will place this solution into a glass of milk daily for 40 days. You can drink this, or if you do not want to intake a solution, you can apply the powder directly to the skin.
2 - Coconut oil
Coconut oil is an anti-inflammatory solution for the skin anyway. However, many people do not know that this will actually promote re-pigmentation of the skin as well. Make sure that the coconut oil is extra-virgin. Apply it to your vitiligo patches at least twice a day. It should take a few weeks for you to see a drastic improvement.
3 - Copper
Copper is an element that helps in the production of melanin. As with ginger, there are many ways to apply copper to the skin in order to help cure vitiligo. One of the most effective methods for using copper is to poor drinking water in a copper vessel and let it sit overnight. Drink the water on an empty stomach the following morning. This method takes a few weeks to work properly.
