- 125g softened butter
- 1 & 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 8 tsp cocoa powder
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
- Place all ingredients in to a dish.
- Beat on high for 3 minutes.
- Scoop into cupcake cases.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Remove from pan.
- Leave to cool.
- Top with your favourite topping.
For a quick, easy topping
- Make up a ganache by melting a 90g slab of chocolate, then slowly add in either fresh cream or tinned cream ( nestle cream ) till you achieve the desired consistency. Spread on to cuppies using a knife.
