From an early age, we all have dreams of what we want to do when we grow up. Some of us pursue such dreams but many people change their minds and their aspirations and goals changes. No matter, talking about dreams is a great topic to be able to talk about with friends colleagues; you might be surprised at what you learn!

In this Podcast, you will learn:

(i) How to recall your dreams and goals when you were young

(ii) To tell someone what your current dreams involve

Cultural/Grammar note:

In the dialogue, ‘那你比我这个伟大多了’, ‘你’ refers to ‘你的梦想’, ‘我这个’ which refers to ‘我的这个梦想’. The complete sentence should be ‘那你的梦想比我的梦想伟大多了’.

‘Happy’ can express lots of meanings in Chinese, such as ‘开心’ and ‘幸福’. So when you want to say a perfect happy family, you should either say ‘美满’ or ‘幸福’.
