I did purchase the milani ehyeshadow primer ( it was on my shopping and hauling vlog) from CVS.
On the left side of my hand is the eyeshadow without the primer and on the right is with the primer. I have to say that the right with this primer is more pigments. You can just see it much better.The claim is that it intensifies and prolongs the wear of your eyeshadow with over 8 hours of wear time.
My thoughts are that it is very true. You can see the pictures below. When i put the one with the eyeshadow it looks just as if i had just put it on, when i was taking it off.
I recommend picking up this primer. I got mine at CVS. It was under $5.
Now for the 2nd product review. I used these shadows with the primer. These are so awesome. Very pigmented. These lasted all day long as well. They come in 6 different shades. I only picked up 2 of them. GO to your ulta and pick these up. They are only $3.49
My overall thoughts on both of these products.
I love them both. I think that the milani primer is my holy grail and i dont want to be without it.
