The shooting happened just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday inside the Bill Norris Appliance Center, located in the 2300 block of Barksdale Blvd. Witnesses told police they heard the gunshots then saw a man believed to be the suspect leave the business.Just another sunny afternoon down Shreveport way. Too bad Brad Kozak wasn't around, he could have intervened.
