It's "a push up bra for your lashes." Hehe. :) Also known as the original Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara! I'm not gonna lie. This isn't my favorite Tarte mascara, but it is good. I have a few samples of this already so I may add it to a gift or throw it in someone's stocking to spread the joy around a bit. I'm not quite sure how or why, but I have tons of mascara samples. Not complaining, just don't quite know what to do with them all! :) Thank you Tarte! Now there's a full lash primer and mascara set! Fun times ;)
