Hey guys, Coach Lloyd here from NuWave Fitness. I’ve got some exciting news to share with you today! I’ve been hard at work responding to questions and requests I’ve been getting on youtube and today I finally decided to help someone out by answering the question they had for me. but can later on in the future when your not busy sorta make a schedule eating plan for the week (snacks,shakeology or other proteins, lean meats and vegies) that sorta stuff and see if you can guide us in a way to organize them and give us more detail on when and how much should we eat . thank you for the reply

My reply: Sure I can! I’m always busy but I found time today to go ahead and sit down & invest some time into what I like to call ‘Food Weekly‘. Its basically an eBook that is FREE!! To download. Its about 6 pages long so not too bad. It’s got a detailed meal plan for you guys to help you with Week 2 goal which was ‘Losing Belly Fat & Building Abdominal Muscle’. Make sure to keep your eye out for each weeks edition because they will all be very important & beneficial to have. Highlighting Supplements maybe one week? Who knows but keep your eyes on these FREE ebooks!

I plan on writing these food weekly ebooks every Thursday if I can and having them free to download after you fill out a quick survey .
