Regular exercise helps to increase the blood circulation and releases the impurities from the body through the sweat. This is not only good for hair but for the complete body.

Hygiene

Keep your hairs clean and fungus free by washing them regularly with the shampoo at least once a week. This will help them to remain free from various types of infections and keep them growing and nourishing.
