Nose Over Toes

I heard this phrase – “nose over toes” – the other day and I think it is a simple and quick way to help kids get into an athletic position.  Here is an example …

Whether it is setting up to hit, pitch, run the bases, or field, keeping your nose between your feet and over your toes will usually help to keep the player balanced.  Of course, the more balanced a player is the better he will be able to get the most out of whatever strength he possesses.
