How Life Changed in 2014

It's fair to say that 2014 has not been the greatest of years for blogging, and it's even fair to say that blogging has not only not been a priority but I've barely even had time to consider this blogging malarkey. Needless to say, 2014 has been a huge year for change in my life and in ways that I never would have been able to predict this time twelve months ago.
2014 has been an amazing year full of adventures and unexpected twists in the ongoing novel that is my life.
This year I have:
1. Lost 10lbs in weight*2. Got engaged3. Bought a Wedding Dress4. Taken Chris abroad for the first time 5. Done Race for Life6. Started a full time job that I love working with some pretty awesome people 7. Rediscovered my positive nature8. Met Linkin Park9. Started planning a Honeymoon to somewhere I never dreamed I'd ever visit 10. Got down all the basics for the first draft of my novel *admittedly all of that weight has gone back on but I've realised that I can do it and I'm determined to keep it off this time.
Looking forward to 2015, and I intend to get healthier, to plan my wedding for 2016, to finish the first draft of my novel and to generally continue bringing positivity to my personal and work life.
Another big plan for the year ahead is to get back into blogging regularly. This blog has changed a lot since I started writing it in 2010, and I'm finding it difficult to really define what it is. It definitely isn't a beauty blog anymore, so I guess it's a lifestyle blog. But whatever it is, expect a lot more wedding-related stuff, as I plan for my big day on an incredibly small budget.
Good luck to all of my readers for the New Year. Here's looking forward to the many adventures that 2015 is going to bring all of us :)
