There is no one way to play the game of baseball. Every hitter is going to be unique in some way with regards to stance, hand position, etc. The same thing goes for pitching. Arm angles, grips, and overall deliveries will vary a bit from pitcher to pitcher.
That being said, there are some “non-negotiables” in my opinion. By that I mean that there are some things all players must do to increase their chances of success and/or stay safe.
Today’s video tip is one of those non-negotiables for pitchers that can make them more successful in throwing strikes but more importantly, help keep them safe.
