Fitness Friday: Technology in the Gym & Bootcamp Week 1

I would call week one of Best Body Bootcamp a success. 4 workouts in as of today and I am in Chicago until mid-day!

Sunday: Off (my Dad & Gloria were in town)

Monday: Cardio and Best Body Workout A

Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt

Wednesday: Cardio and Best Body Workout B

Thursday: Yoga Sculpt (before flying to Chicago)

Friday: Off (for a one night trip it’s hard to pack workout clothes)

It is starting to feel like I have my gym routine down. I pack my bag the night before, triple check that I packed a towel and clothes, lay my gym/yoga clothes out in the bathroom and make sure my bag is by the back door ready to grab at 5:15am.

I have been using my Droid Razr HD at the gym, listen to music, have the Best Body Bootcamp workout loaded and enter data on my Fitbit and of course check email.

My Talk 107.1 Streaming App. This is a pop culture station in the Twin Cities that is hilarious. Such great entertainment while on the treadmill.

Google Drive. I just saved the workout and pull it up on my phone. No more lugging around a notebook, I just bring it right to the workout I am doing and glance at my phone to see the next group of exercises.
