Breakfast Of Athletes Recipe

This is a perfect recipe to switch up your morning routine. Normally I have a chicken omelet, banana and some berries as my breakfast. Today I wanted to switch it up so I made a high protein oatmeal breakfast.

Oatmeal is very easy to overcook so follow the recipe exactly how I did it.

The Ingredients:

  • 1. Two 1 and a half cup of oatmeal ( not processed )
  • 2. One scoop of Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein
  • 3. A tea spoon of Organic Unsalted Butter
  • 4. Half a cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 5. Sea Salt
  • 6. Water, just enough to cover the oatmeal

( you can also add cinnamon if you like, but I didn’t this time )

Bring water to boil, place the oatmeal into the pan and bring the heat to medium – low. Mix it in really well, and cook for  2 minutes ( not longer ) until the oatmeal absorbed the water.

Turn of the heat. Add  almond milk,  butter and protein powder, mix well. Salt it to taste.
