My family got the Wii a few Christmases ago and we've been having fun playing with it ever since. Each Christmas since, we've either gotten a new game or accessory, including the Wii Fit. When it comes to Wii Fit, I've found the workouts a bit boring and not very hard. I felt like I was spending more time and energy picking out the moves than I was on the actual workout. The Wii Fit games are much more fun that the actual workouts.
However, the best workout I have ever gotten using the Wii is with the games Just Dance and Just Dance 2. Not only are you having fun dancing to upbeat music, but you're also working out. The dances are excellent cardio workouts, and some dances have you huffing and puffing like you wouldn't believe. I prefer Just Dance 2 simply because there are 40 songs with a variety of dances, including Latin- and Bollywood-inspired.
If you're like me, you get into a routine with doing the same workouts over and over again. This game is a fun way to break up the monotony as you ramp up your bikini bod workouts.
