Yummy Biscuit Mini Pizza's

Hi readers hope you are having a nice Monday. The weather here in Texas is sunny and cool at 76 degrees. I wanted to blog a short post on Yummy Biscuit Mini Pizza's me and my daughter made Saturday night. I saw on TV about the Pillsbury Grand Biscuits with the layers that you can make mini pizzas from.
Well I went with the no name brand kind. I chose the Heb brand instead. We started by lightly oiling a baking skillet, took a biscuit and peeled a layer away and laid in the skillet. You then flatten out the dough and add sauce. It can be any sauce you want. You can use pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce, we use spaghetti sauce.
We used a spoon to sauce up the dough, added shredded cheese and pepperoni. We also used ground beef. You should set the oven to about 350 degrees. Put the mini pizzas in and wait until the dough is a golden brown and they are done.
The kids loved it and so did everyone else in the house. This is a great little snack for movie night and this is great project for the kids. They were very delicious and tasted just like pizza.
