You Need the Wet n Wild Smoke and Melrose Palette

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
I'm just going to start out by saying that I LOVE this palette! Wet n Wild really created an inexpensive gem with this eyeshadow palette. The colors are wearable and are perfect for fall.  Smoke and Melrose provides us eyeshadow fiends with a nice mix of neutrals and plum shades.  An added bonus is that it makes my blue eyes pop, and it would look stunning on brown eyes, too.  I actually see this working across the board for all eye colors and skin tones.

Shades:
Browbone: kind of an odd shade, but it works.  This is a matte mauve.
Base: shimmery pinky beige
Definer: lovely, shimmery burgundy
Lid: shimmery taupe with hints of purple. Gorgeous shade!
Crease: a light, shimmery copper.

I can't figure out which I am more shocked by: the amazing pigment or the formula.  I typically find Wet n Wild eyeshadow to be quite bad.  Not this time.  Each shade has really nice pigment, with the brow bone shade being the least pigmented (which is a good thing).  The formula is pretty darn fabulous.  The lid and crease shade are almost perfection because they are smooth and buttery.  The matte brow bone shade is also smooth and not the least bit powdery, which none of the shades are. The base color is just a little on the powdery side, but still smooth and lovely.  I wish the definer were as smooth as the others, but it still applies without tugging and pairs perfectly with the other shades.

Basically, you NEED to get this palette! But hurry, because it is limited edition. And we know how challenging it can be to track down some Wet n Wild limited edition products.  As a matter of fact, do not pass on any items from their fall stuff. All of it is great.
