WINTER WONDERLAND: Pressed Juices

By Reeseatomic @reeseatomic

Hello everyone! Back again for another installment for the Winter Wonderland series. Today, I’m introducing you to one of my favorite cold pressed juices, Pressed Juices.

There are a lot of cold pressed juices available these days and I mean – A LOT! I’ve tried a fair few so far, but I find that Pressed Juices are the most impressive and fortunately for everyone, they’re opening up stores all over Australia. Hoorayyy!

My experience with them has been amazing so far. I drop into their store, they’re fully stocked (I’ve only been there once when their were sold out and in fairness to them, it was an hour before closing) and their team is really helpful and happy to give you samples to taste.

Now while it may look glamourous to be drinking pressed juices, please practice some caution because these are 100% raw and unpasteurised and may contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness in pregnant women, young children and the elderly, weakening their immune system. Also, those with nut allergies will need to be careful as well as a lot of their pressed juices contain nuts.

They are expensive; prices vary but on average each juice is around $8.50-$9.50 and they have the most extensive range of juices available.

You can buy them individually or do a 3 or 5 days juice cleanse. They also deliver to most metro areas around Sydney and Melbourne, with a minimum 4 juices per delivery.

My favorite juices are definitely the Mylks; Espresso Almond Mylk first thing in the morning instead of a regular coffee in the morning is my favorite thing right now. I also have an Almond Mylk or Chocolate Almond Milk in the afternoon.
During the day, I mix it up with something fresh like the Zest, Berry and Refresh range.

Another cold pressed juice brand I also like is Vegpressed Juicery, who are comparable in price and also has a wide selection of juices.
