I have a little wine news… I’ve fallen in love with whites. Seriously! Red will always be my first love but this summer we’ve been entertaining so much that I’ve had many more whites in the house. This recent pick was a find at Total Wine (I have a separate post on that coming) and it was on sale for $9.99.
Even when it’s not on sale it’s only $13-$15, a good price for an entertaining bottle. Now we happened to drink this with sword steaks with a mango salsa and Israeli couscous salad. It was a heavenly meal. I took way longer than normal to eat (and it’s usually forever, I eat SLOW) and savored every bite and sip. You know that’s a good thing!
Notes of mango, pineapple, tart citrus and a beautiful nose. This wine is pretty popular and if you haven’t tried this I highly recommend it.
