We’ve finally had a few steamy days this month and that calls for a nice cool glass of white wine on the deck. It’s even better when served out of a cute mason glass jar and when you can change it up and turn it into a spritzer. I know what you are thinking… a spritzer? That seems so 1992. I promise this is so much better!
It’s light, refreshing and the splash of citrus is a great match with the HobNob Chardonnay. A great crisp wine that most Chardonnay drinkers will like and even I enjoyed this as a spritzer. It was so nice to sit on the deck with a magazine, good music on and enjoy some down time.
HobNob Spritzer
- 1/2 cup HobNob Chardonnay
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
- Lemon
- Lime
Directions:
- Fill glass halfway with ice
- Pour Chardonnay over ice and top with lemon-lime soda
- Add a few lemon and lime slices, and garnish with lemon wheel
