Whole 30 {Round Two} Day Three

Still no headache today! I can not believe it. The only place I'm detoxing is my face. I'm hoping the breakout I'm experiencing is all the bad stuff leaving my body. It's going to look as if I switched my photos for breakfast and dinner but that's not what happened at all. I actually had dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. I don't think I have ever done that before. It Starts With Food mentions that we should think of our meals as meal 1, meal 2 and meal 3, as opposed to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had a leftover baked potato so I decided to build my first meal around that. I also ate chicken Italian sausage {I like to remove mine from the casing before I cook it} and bell peppers. I also had iced coffee with coconut milk but I forgot to snap a photo. 
I was away from home with my fiancé for the majority of the day. We went into a Teavana for loose leaf tea and found out that they make fresh iced tea as well. It was a bit pricey but I ordered a pineapple tea with no sweetener and it was so yummy! 

I knew we'd be out for a while so I did pack an RX Bar and some bell peppers just in case. We ended up at the Yardhouse and I was able to make it work so I did not eat my RX Bar. My first time having chicken on the Whole 30. I tend to be more okay with chicken when someone else prepares it. 

And then we ended up in this candy shop. Can you say temptation?!

I ended up getting an iced passion tea from Starbucks instead of candy. There is no way I would ruin my Whole 30 on day three, especially with candy. If I would ruin it it would be with a vanilla cupcake but I just had one of those four days ago so I'm good for a while! 

Like I mentioned before, I had breakfast for dinner. Eggs, chicken sausage and bacon with bell peppers, blackberries and mandarin oranges on the side. I also had Synergy Raw Kombucha. I realized that I only had ONE cup of coffee today and my fiancé said it was probably because I drank so much tea. I can't remember the last time I only had one cup of coffee in a day. I was a little drowsy in the afternoon but it didn't last long. Tomorrow I guess I'm going to want to "Kill ALL the things!" so it's a very good thing that I am meeting with my trainer in the morning. I will take out my aggression by lifting some weights.
