I was sad to see that Sco had retired. This kid has an exciting game and I guess your life or the level of competition was too much. Similar to Donald Young in many regards but with a friendlier demeanor and attitude, I felt he could have stuck it out a bit longer, but wasn’t to be.

What are they doing now?: Playing World Team Tennis / joined the staff at Kennesaw State University as assistant men’s coach

Famous for: First African-American to capture the Boys’ 18USTA National Hard Court title in singles in it’s 89-year history.
