What's New? + Look Back on 2013 ♡

Hello... long time no see... oops :(
2014 came around so fast! It just feels like 5 minutes ago that it was this time last year and I was getting all excited and prepared for birthday celebrations. On the 31st of January I turn 16... That came around quick! When I think about it, it never seems real. I leave school and go to college this summer, I have my prom to look forward to in June and I take the last of my GCSE exams starting from May. The past 5 years of my life have gone over so fast, and there's only 15 school weeks left before I leave. I can't believe it, seriously...
Anyway, we have a new edition to the family... Bonnie the kitten. She's 10 weeks old and such a little cutie. She was sort of like a little birthday present - a very cute birthday present.

In 2013, I went on my first ever visit to London, and my second as well! When I went in summer, it was very sightseeing orientated. We visited all the attractions and went on a bus tour. We went again on the 29th of November to the 1st of December when it was all christmassy and nice. We visited the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and also visited Harrods. I also got the opportunity to go to Jamie Olivers' restaurant Union Jacks, near Covent Garden which was amazing. I miss
London already and I can't wait to go back in the summer.
Oh, yeah, I also have a place in a college! I went for my interview last week and I already met the entry requirements they needed, so I know I have a place somewhere, and I don't need to worry about it much more. On another school related note, I got my English Language resit results back and I have improved my mark from a C to a B, which of course I was over the moon about. I also got treated to a lovely meal out with my mam and dad.
2013 was a great year, and I'm expecting big things from 2014. I also want to add that these next few months are going to be extremely busy and full of hard work for me, so if I don't blog for a while, then it's because I will be busy studying for exams and completing coursework.
Hopefully I won't be gone for this long again!
