Many medical experts describe anxiety as a combination of emotions/feelings that manifest in a variety of forms. Anxiety, essentially is a core symptom brought on by a variety of anxiety disorders.
CAMH describes anxiety disordersas “a result of a combination of biological, psychological, and other individual and personal factors that can cause negatively and unexpected affects on his or her ability to work or study, socialize and manage daily tasks”
