West Virginia : Well, is It Going to Be 8-4 Or 9-3 This Season WVU?

Coach Dana Holgorsen, the man with terrible hair. And QB Clint Trickett, the man with the perfect hair. You can even follow Clint's hair on Twitter @trickettshair. No one wants to follow Holgorsen's hair.
What is the Question hanging over the Mountaineers heads for the next 3 weeks? Easy, 8-4 or 9-3?
WVU will need to win out against Texas, Kansas St. and Iowa St. over the next three weeks to make 9-3 happen. I think the Mountaineers can win 2 of these games. But can they win 3? Of course, the toughest opponent on the remaining schedule would be Kansas St. Kansas St. faces TCU this Saturday in what is one of many title elimination games. But before WVU focuses on Kansas St., they have to face Texas.
Texas is only 4-5, but improving rapidly under coach Charlie Strong. Their young QB Swoopes is improving every week. He is a physical QB who can throw and run the ball. Add this to the fact that the Texas defense is very similar to the one WVU faced, and lost to, last week at home against TCU, it looks like the Mountaineers will have their hands full in Austin. That being said, these two actually match up well, but WVU can prevail. The Mountaineers Defense may prove way too much for the Texas Offense after 4 quarters. Plus WVU is itching to prove themselves again after a 1 point loss to TCU.
My prediction: WVU 34, Texas 24
