Weekly Workout Schedule.

Hey friends,

I bet you never thought I would get my schedule up today.. My computer has been super slow the past month and finally it was just unworkable, so I (Charlie) had to do some spring cleaning on it. It basically took all day, but it is way faster! Woohoo!

Here is what we did in the meantime..

Basically had a jam session and ate ice cream. Yep, that’s how we roll..

On to The weekly workouts!

Monday

Full body with the upper/ lower superset.

Tuesday

Steady State cardio and abs.

Wednesday

I’ll be working WITH my curves and toning the core with this lower body + abs circuit.

Thursday

Maybe light cardio, but mostly taking it easy.

Friday 

Getting my arms ready for tank top weather!

Saturday 

Resting again!

Sunday 

Sweating off the weekend with a boot camp circuit!
