Back in 2018, we followed ski-mountaineer Andrezej Bargiel as he attempted a feat that many of us thought was simply impossible. In July of that year, Bargiel traveled to the Karakoram in Pakistan to not only climb K2, but make a full ski descent of the mountain as well. When he was able to accomplish that feat, it was widely viewed as one of the top mountaineering accomplishments of the past several decades, opening up the possibilities for other major ski descents in the future too.

Now, the full documentary of this expedition can be watched for free online. Red Bull is hosting the film, which is entitled K2: The Impossible Descent. The trailer below will provide you with some indication of what to expect, but it is just the tip of the iceberg for this one hour adventure doc. What you'll see over the course of the video is truly astounding. Not only is the scenery breathtaking, you'll get an up-close and personal look at K2 as well. Widely viewed as the toughest and most dangerous mountain in the world to climb, Bargiel gives us some never-before seen footage of peak that strikes fear into even the most experienced and hardened climbers.
