There's a wide variety of ingredients and different platters available from meat to mushroom to vegetables. These quality ingredients are prepared by chefs with 30 years of culinary experiences. If you find that the ingredient you've received is not fresh, you're able to get a replacement.
There are various steamboat bundles for different group size. If you prefer to take control of the exact ingredients you order, there's ala carte menu available. You are not only able to choose the amount of soup you want but you can choose the ingredients too. All bundles come with free handmade signature sauces - Goma Shoyu, Sambal Chili and Thai Chili Sauce.

Steamboat King Bundle B
Steamboat King Bundle B is suitable for 3 to 4 pax. The set includes a wide variety of vegetables and meat. You can choose two different soup bases, fruits and your drink.
Every hot pot bundle comes with a free portable stove set with the purchase of any hot pot bundles. Every portable stove set comes with the fuel that will be able to last for 1.5 hours. A lighter from your side would be required to start the fuel.

Steamboat King's soup base is simmered on low fire for 8 hours daily. You can choose between 5 delicious soup base. I went with Premium Collagen Soup and Pork Tonkotsu Soup.
Pork Tonkotsu soup
The Pork Tonkotsu soup is fragrant and packed with nutrition from a slow-simmered pork bone broth. This creamy soup goes perfectly with the pork belly and pork collar Shabu.
Premium Collagen soup with Red Dates
When it comes to beauty, collagen is the number one choice for all including myself. I could not resist but get the rich, savoury collagen coup. With a chain of 1,500 amino acids and rejuvenating properties, this soup helps enhances the flavours of your food and revitalize your skin.
The soup bases come with 4 tubs of red dates. You can put them all in the collagen soup or split them up between the two soups.

Signature Dipping Sauce
These Signature dipping sauces are handmade. They are suitable for people of all preferences. Goma Shoyu is my favourite. The savoury fish sauce adds a delectable aroma to the meat. It goes well with the Toman fish slices. The sambal goes well with the chicken breast and fish paste. While the Thai Chilli adds a mix of spiciness and sweetness to your palette.
- Drink - Ayataka Green Tea or Chrysanthemum Tea or Ice Lemon Tea or Winter Melon Tea or Jasmine Green Tea.
- Fruits - Orange Slices or Watermelon slices
Drink and Fruit Dessert
You can choose your drink and fruit dessert. The drink will be 1.5 litres and there will be enough slice fruits for 4 pax.
I chose Jasmine Green Tea and watermelon slices. The watermelon slices are juicy and sweet. A refreshing dessert to have after the steaming meal. If you're interested in having more fruits, check out my previous fresh fruits review.
Steamboat King Bundle B Review
The ingredients were cut, sectioned and washed. They gave lots of enoki mushroom and a bowl of fish paste. It was extremely satisfying to create your fish balls or your fish stars. The Chinese long cabbage and shanghai greens help compliments the meat, bringing a refreshing palette to the meal. The Pork Collar Shabu comes in big slices and is perfect with the collagen soup base. The Pork belly was tangy to bite and goes well with the Thai chilli sauce. Although one of the ingredients was chicken breast shabu, it was by no means dry. The chicken breast shabu was easily chewed through and does not have a strong marinade.
The fried bean curd skin roll was my favourite, pop it in the pot for a few seconds and you're not only able to enjoy the authentic beancurd skin texture's but you are also able to taste the soup soaked up in the other half of the beancurd skin.
All-in-all, Steamboat King is a quick and easy way for an impromptu hotpot. No need to head to the supermarket or prepare the ingredients beforehand. Order, receive and time to eat! Fuss-free and quick solution for a hearty meal. If you are craving for some sweet dessert after, try getting a cake!
