Wantable May Fitness Edit

By Fitfulfocus @fitfulfocus
Amp up your fitness wardrobe by choosing pieces I'm calling "athleisure" - aka they can work for the gym or out on the town. Need some inspiration? Check out my Wantable May Fitness Edit and learn how you can get a personal stylist to pick out athleisure pieces just for you! This post is sponsored by Wantable.

I'm currently off in Illinois at an event with NOW Foods and a bunch of other fantastic bloggers. We're going behind the scenes at their plant and offices and learning all about the products they offer. Follow me on Snapchat for behind the scenes (@fitfulfocus)!

In the meantime, allow me to entertain you with some Fit & Fashionable fun: my latest fitness edit from Wantable!

If you haven't read one of my Wantable Fitness Edit Reviews in the past, head over to this post to see how Wantable works.

After last month's edit, I became obsessed with running bottoms with side pockets, so I selected a pair of running shorts from the Wantable Stream that I saw and really wanted to try. Basically, if you see a product you like in the stream, you can request that it be added to your next box!

Unfortunately, they were out of the shorts I wanted to try, but my stylist did a great job of picking other items I'd like. So many of them fit into my favorite style of workout gear: athleisure, meaning they can go from the gym to brunch without a hitch. Check 'em out!

I'm a big fan of Soybu, so I was thrilled to see their brand in my fitness edit. I love the pattern on this low-impact bra, and the strappy back detail is gorgeous. I would have kept it, but I just got 3 new sports bras, so I decided not to overload my collection just yet.

Final Decision: Returned

Glyder Deep Sea Back V-Neck

Glyder gear has shown up in my fitness edits a few times now, and I tend to really gravitate toward their stuff. This shirt is no exception. It's so light and comfy, and the deep V back makes it a little sexy, too! When I Snapped the box opening of this edit, I got a number of good reactions to this top, and the folks at Wantable said it was an office favorite. I totally agree! I think it is so cute and perfect for showing off a cute bra, like the one I got in this edit (which I believe is also Glyder!).

Final Decision: Kept

Just Live Cropskin Capri

Oh printed leggings, how I love thee. These capris are made with Just Live's YOLON blend, which makes the design fade proof, odor resistant and designed to provide compression. I liked these capris; the material was different, but felt really premium. I just wasn't wowed by the look of them.

Final Decision: Returned

Glyder Bella Compression Tank

The back of this tank is so cute, and the color is spot on. The material is also nice and thick without being heavy. Unfortunately, I didn't think it was all that flattering on me. I felt like my shoulders looked really broad and it was a little too tight. Perhaps the next size up would have done the trick. Or perhaps I need to lose a little weight... motivation!

Final Decision: Returned

This skort was my stylist's replacement for the shorts I was hoping to receive. I've never run in a skort before. I have a number of blogging and running friends who love them, though, so I was excited to try it. The moment I put on this skort, I fell in love. It has an outer side pocket for fuel or a phone and compression shorts underneath. It's really comfortable and oh so cute; it even matched the Soybu bra featured above. When I came downstairs in this skort, my photographer (aka my boyfriend, Will) said, "That's a workout outfit? It looks like something you'd wear every-day." I'll take that as a win in the fit'n fashionable department. I can wear it running or I can wear it to brunch. Multipurpose! Running skorts may be my new thing!

Final Decision: Kept

Overall, I was very pleased with my May Fitness Edit. This subscription service is so amazing. I'm tempted to try the non-fitness version to get some gear for work, too! If you want to try a box (which you totally should) head on over here. It's $20 for your edit, which goes toward the cost of whatever you keep, and you can cancel at any time. It's really nice to work with a stylist to try things I may not have tried on my own (I'm looking at you, skort)!
