They say babies are the happiest souls and that stage of human life is the best of all and I couldn’t agree more. In this modern generation only babies can sleep as long as they want, cry as loud as they wish, giggle as heart-fully as they can and live a life in peace.More often than not it’s not the case with the grown-ups. There’s a new challenge everyday to overcome, everyday a new task to complete, everyday a new journey to begin; all this and taking care of the responsibilities in every single relation. As much as this is exciting and fun, many-a-times it leaves us as mere existing beings than actual living person and when you sit back and think about it, it’s no Fun!
How many times have we all wished we had a life where there were no worries, no fikars and you can do any thing you want? Sadly, it’s almost everyday for me. And midst of this chaotic life and responsibilities, the only relief is the Wishlist(i love making wishlists). While I have a pretty big one when it comes to things I want to buy for myself, my list for To Do Things before I Die is quite small. Honestly, I just got started recently so for now there are only 5 things on my bucketlist and am pretty sure it’s just the beginning –
Learn Korean CuisineI have been obsessed with everything Korean lately and food is first in list. If I have to talk about dishes, Kimchi tops the priority. It is the first thing I want to learn to make from the Korean Cuisine and also eat plenty of it, I am a total foodie.. Lol !!Apart from knowing that it’s simply delicious and healthy, the mere fact that I have seen too many K-dramas where the leads go ga-ga over it is the main reason, nothing else … *-*
Go to the Lantern FestivalSouth Koreans release paper lanterns to celebrate the first full moon of the lunar year. This day Koreans traditionally eat special treats and wish for a bountiful harvest in the year. Another one is the Seoul Lantern Festival which is celebrated in commemoration of the birth of the Buddha. Either ones am a game, nothing is more magical than floating lanterns and that too colorful ones!!
Stay in an Undersea LodgeNext in my list is to learn scuba diving so I can go and stay in Jules’. Located in the lagoon at Key Largo Undersea Park, Jules' is the world's only underwater hotel! As fancy as it sounds, imagining the whole experience gets me excited. Underwater dive to reach the lodge and watching Marine life alive and kicking while going to sleep sounds as exciting as sleeping on a beach under stars, okay maybe a bit more too!!
Visit ItalyLast but not least, Italyis the first place I want to visit and spend many days enjoying and relishing my every moment there. Picture perfect nature and pretty sights to behold, it’s often said many amazing love stories in movies and books often came from here.
I am actually not sure if I would ever stop my obsession with everything Korean but apart from Korean those are the other things in my bucketlist I am dying to do someday. What about you? Do you have a bucketlist too?
