Yale University Press recently published The Letters Of Cole Porter.

Porter seemed able to create songs at will. Reviewing ‘Letters’ for Wall Street Journal Weekend, Jeremy McCarter quotes Porter telling a friend: “All the inspiration I ever needed was a phone call from a producer.”

Dan Ariely is a professor of psychology and behavioral economics. He writes an advice column which appears in Wall Street Journal Weekend.

One question involved giving to charity. Dan’s advice: you’ll be more apt to give if you give modest amounts rather than a single large amount.

“OK Boomer” (as in: “OK, Boomer, that’s enough out of you, ya pompous windbag!”) is a Gen Z catchphrase that dismisses the Baby Boomer generation (born 1946-64) as hopelessly whiny and out of touch.
