The blush is described as "a stunning blush with pink undertones to give all over warmth and color to your complexion", which I think is a very fitting description. In the pan the blush appears to be a mixture of solid peach with some pink tones throughout, and when swatched on skin I find the blush to take on more of an orange toned peach which is equally as nice. I find this shade to be very flattering on my pale skin as it provides a more healthy looking glow as opposed to a more obvious pink on the cheeks, especially coming into the summer months when my foundation will be replaced by a tinted moisturiser or BB cream. I like the wear time of this blush as I can vouch for it still being visible on my cheeks after a long day, with a gradual fading rather than doing a total vanishing act. All in all I'm very happy with this baked blush and at just £4 you can't go wrong, and with a surprising 8g of product you are certainly getting your moneys worth. After a few months of use I still haven't made a dent in the dome, so just imagine how long this could last you. Well done VIVO, and I'll definitely be looking into more from the brand in the future!
After mentioning this blush in my most recent Friday favourites post, I thought it was about time I got some swatches and a review added for you. This is a baked blush from VIVO, a budget make-up brand available in selected larger Tesco stores, and I own the shade Peaches and Cream which I thought would be great for a healthy glow in the summer months. This was my first experience of a baked blush so of course I was going in with an open mind, and after swatching it in store I knew I had to have it! First of all, the packaging isn't anything outstanding which was to be expected from a more affordable brand, with a chunky and clear plastic compact displaying the brand name and product type. As the blush is baked, it comes in the dome shape which I find to be great for getting the product onto your brush as pick-up is a lot easier.
