Video of the Week: Easy Sitting Twist Variation

This variation of Easy Sitting Twist with raised arms means you need to use your spinal and core muscles instead of your arms and hands to move into the twist, potentially strengthening those muscles. In addition, holding your arms up will also strengthen your shoulders.You could use this same technique with other seated twists as well, such as Sage's Twist 3.
