Crescent Moon pose is the side-bending variation of Arms Overhead pose (Urdhva Hastasana). It's a great way to both stretch and strengthen the sides of your body, to strengthen your legs, and to stretch and strengthen your arms and shoulders. Try it with and without a block between your thighs.
