Vichy Normaderm Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel Review!

Hello sweeties!Summers are finally seeping in, and it is time to get our hands upon some of the best face washes available in India! Especially if you are a sweaty pig like me, you know the struggle to keep the skin looking bright and fresh is real! So for all tbhose of you who are on an everlasting search for a decent face wash which will actually make your skin feel refreshed during summers, your search might just have ended when you stumbled upon this post! *wink-wink*
Price: INR 490 for 100 ml (I know it is a bit pricey, but if you are into high end face washes you can  obviously give it a try)

Packaging: packaging wise it is a very basic clear, squeezy tube like thing with a flip open cap! The packaging looks green because of the clear kind of material and the product inside being green! Very handy and convenient to carry along!

Shade and Texture: The product is a very pretty green tinged one which is of a gel base and has a smooth consistency! No exfoliation at all! The product feels soft on the skin, lathers well, rinses off well and also makes the skin feel refreshed!
My experience: I generally use this face wash twice a day, once in the morning and once at night before I doze off! Although it says that it is meant for Imperfection prone skin, but it does not do much good to correct my imperfections or heal them! yes it is indeed soap, parabens and alcohol free but it certainly did not help me out in controlling my sebum production or check my breakout frequency!  But what it does do is it keeps my skin feeling very supple and refreshed for a good 3 hours, and does not make the skin look dull! At time when i layer it up with my toner and moisturiser (cetaphil nowadays, given my bad breakouts), the skin feels especially rejuvenated in the morning!

Disclaimer: Though it rinses well and also lathers well while removing all the dirt, grime or oil residue from the skin, it is not at all helpful in getting any makeup off your skin if you plan to do so by solely using a face wash!

Final Verdict: You need not necessarily go and spend 500 bucks on a face wash which does not necessarily heal up your skin, but if you want a seriously refreshing face wash for the upcoming summers and do not mind spending 500 bucks, go get it for yourself!
