Ur Made Up Face 5 | Misa

Hiya! Guess who's our first guest for this year's series? It's the lovely Misa from Misaraisu!
I am so happy that she agreed to participate in this series. Let's go ahead and see what makeup look she has for us. ^^

Hello! I’m Misa fromMisaraisu, I’m so excited I was invited by lovely Joanne to write a guest post for Ur Made Up Face series. I’m a 20 something manager’s assistant during day and blogger at night, currently living in Indonesia. I love anything girly, bold, and unique. I’m very interested in gyaru and lolita fashion. And this is my face of the day.

When applying makeup, I normally listen to music (unless I’m applying makeup at work which I tend to do). Usually I invest more time on my eye makeup. My favorite makeup style is probably dolly eye + nude lips. It’s definitely not my everyday look as I’m not a morning person and I refuse to wake up few hours earlier just to put full makeup on. But when I go out after work, with or without friends, I always have this makeup style. These are the products I use:

1. Banila Co. Prime Primer Classic 2. Skinfood Royal Honey Concealer 3. Sleek Face Form Kit 4. It’s Skin Tear Liner 5. Lancome Mat Miracle Foundation 6. Dolly Wink Eyebrow Mascara 7. Benefit They’re Real Mascara 8. Etude House Aloha V Line Maker 9. Revlon Photoready Eyeshadow 10. NYX Round Circle Lipstick in circle 11. Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips PK0010 12. Dodo Palgantong Loose Powder 13. Kanebo Kate Sharp Liner
These are the upper and lower lashes I use lately. These two are probably my favorite Japanese falsies. They’re really perfect to create big dolly eye look.

So, after cleansing and moisturizing my face, I apply primer to help my makeup stay longer and control my oil throughout the day. Then I apply foundation using my finger (or kabuki brush when I’m in a rush also to get more even result, or beauty blender when I need more coverage). When I’m having bad breakouts, I dab some concealer to cover my blemishes. I always layer with loose powder to set my face. Since this look is mostly about big dramatic dolly eyes, here is a picture how I do my eye makeup.
It’s really easy, basically just draw winged eyeliner. And make the wing longer and have some tiny space on the corner of my eyes to make them look bigger. And then apply upper and lower eyelashes. And for the finishing touch, I just apply nude lipstick and some pink or coral blush. I also contour and highlight my nose to make it look sharper. That’s basically how to do this makeup look. I think this look is great for party look as well, or for people who just want to try a bolder eye makeup style for special occasion. Once again, I would like to say thank you to Joanne for inviting me to do this guest post ^_^
