Hello everyone! My name is Doris and I'm 20 y/o student studying to become an engineer (or whateva) with a obsession with make up. My hobbies are reading, cycling and baking.
I like to usually blast my spotify radio list while I put on make up, which is currently just the top 40 playlist.
My FOTD features what I'd like to think is a romantic summer look (thinking pink and waterproof).
With summer I need of course high SPF (protect my face from them sun rays), first I started off with my Missha BB Cushion filled with Klairs illuminaiting Supple Bb cream.
I used Clinique's Even Better Eyes Concealer in shade (01) to hide my terrible eye bags and any pimples I had. I then filled my brows with Holika Holika's Brow Pencil in shade (03) making sure to make a straight-ish brow. Then I used a bit of blush on the apples of my cheeks using Urban Decay's Glide on Cheek Tint in Crush and with a light hand I did a simple contour of my cheeks/face with Benefit's Hoola.
I then tightlined my eyes with Urban Decay's 24/7 glide-on pencil in demolition and I then created a very subtle light brown smokey eye using Coastal Scents Revealed 2 palette. And for mascara I used, of course, 3CE I'm Good mascara which we're reviewing (waterproof make up all the way for summer routines).
Next is highlighting! I used Sephora's Smoothing & Brightening concealer pen in shade (02) to light my T zone and also my cheek bones, then I used Urban Decay's Sin to highlight the inner corners my of eyes to make them really pop.
The final touch would be of course my lips which I used OCC Lip Tar in Strumpet you can't have a summer tutorial without a lipstain or product that lasts all day.
The whole look is based on what I think what a summer romance would be like, pink pink pink and waterproof everything (you can't let anything smudge or move around while you're trying to be pretty all day long in the hot summer)!
One thing I can't live without in the summers are my OCC lip tars, they just last all day and I don't have to worry about it after eating out and just chilling.
