Ur Made Up Face 16 | Jill

By Urhappybunnie @joaniebunnie
Hello ladies! I'm super excited about today's Ur Made Up Face episode because I'm featuring my BFF, Jill!
We met almost 3 years ago through our blogs and we started sending out emails and eventually we got to texting and calling each other almost everyday. We talk about a lot of things and share everything to each other. She is one of the few friends I have here in the US and even if we live in different areas (West Coast & East Coast!) we maintain that special bond of friendship. We hope to meet each other in person someday! ^^
So here is Jill's Ur Made Up Face! ^_~
Hi there! My name is Jill A makeup-loving, Korea-holic, 20 year old. Like some of you girls, I too like to play around with makeup and feel a little pretty.  I’m from the blog LipstickTraces. My blog has been on a Hiatus but I will be coming back to blog very soon (Promise) so please keep a look out.
Joanne is a very very dear friend of mine :) We also met through our blogs a few years ago and now we talk everyday! She invited me to be part of her Ur Made Up Face series and I had so much fun doing this. I hope you will like how my “Made Up Face” turned out.

Listening to music is a must while doing makeup!! While putting on makeup and taking pictures for this post, I was blasting and singing along to some awesome female vocals from Lorde’s Pure Heroine album and 2NE1’s new album CRUSH. And also twerking to CL’s MTBD (just kidding).
I created this look because of my love for Orange lipstick. I used only 2 shades of eye shadow that will not over-power the bright pop of orange lipstick. A light shimmery tan and a dark brown that also doubles as a liner creating a very soft look for the eyes.
Orange lipstick might sound scary but try it out, like all colors it has warm and cool undertones that will match whatever skin tone you have, just find the perfect shade. While watching a Korean beauty talk show they talked about how orange is the new pink! Spring just arrived and a pop of color is definitely a must.

Products used:
Face:   Banila Co. Prime Primer (hydrating)    Etude House Baby Choux Base    Etude House Cotton Fit BB Cream    Etude House Be Clear Pact
Cheeks: Etude House Cupcake All Over Color in OR202

Eyes: Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette    Colors Suspect and Busted    L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara

Lips: Maybelline Color Whisper in Orange Attitude

Lastly a product I can’t live without~ Never have I thought I would ever care for primer. I don’t have large pores, I didn’t know i would need it at all. I really thought it was a product that you buy just because. Now I can’t live my Banila Co. Prime Primer! It makes a huge difference prepping my dry flaky skin for makeup and helping it last a long time without melting off my face. I suggest you try adding primer if you already haven’t.
This was my Ur Made Up Face Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoyed it!
