Too Faced claims that the product creates an "ethereal glow by using Photolite technology which diffuses harsh light, giving your skin a diffused, youthful luminosity."
I don't know anything about Photolite technology, but I do know that this powder definitely gives my skin a healthy lit-from-within glow. It isn't sparkly, so it's a product you can use for day or night looks.
To apply the Candlelight Glow Duo, simply use a powder brush to swipe it across your cheeks, brow bones and chest for a naturally beautiful glow. I also apply this down the center of my forehead and nose.
When I use the Candlelight Glow Duo, I put on concealer and foundation first and then apply bronzer and blush after using the glow. Here's a picture of the final look without any adjustments or enhancement:
