Those Four Magical Words

Today is the day on which we utter those 4 words which can fill our hearts with hope and show us sunshine through the worst storms old man winter has to throw at us. The words let us know that the wasteland of winter is about to come to a close replaced with the promise of a new beginning which only spring can provide us. For me the words provide a brief respite from any problems be they personal, professional, family, relationship, cultural, political or what have you. They ignite a feeling inside me which I can only describe as being magical and they let me for however briefly feel like a kind again. It is the promise of a better tomorrow and a declaration that we all can wipe the slate clean and start anew. It may be just four little words but oh if they don't hold so much more meaning than could ever be described in any novel or work of literature ever penned.
I've spent more than 4 months yearning to say these words and realize everything they bring with them. I invite you all regardless of any characteristic you may have and even if you aren't a baseball fan to say these words with me and for even the briefest of moments bask in what they mean and what it truly represents.
