I lost about 6 lbs (3 kg) in the two weeks. I am a woman aged 50 who has an underactive thyroid and I have struggled with keeping weight off especially the last five years. I started a lower-carb lifestyle several months ago with good, but slow results.
I am definitely going to keep eating the 'keto' way as the results are fantastic and I feel great.
