Thirty-Four Weeks

By Heathernichole

How far along? Thirty-four weeks and six days.

Baby's size? Baby is the size of a savory cabbage this week.

Baby's nickname? We call her baby, baby girl and Acacia.

Maternity clothes? Yes, mostly wearing all maternity clothes. A few pre-pregnancy tops still fit but not many.Exercise? Just walking and doing chores around the house.
Sleep: We go to bed so early and I'm still always exhausted in the mornings. And then I tend to be super tired around 3 or 4 in the afternoon again, right when I'm about to start work. Naps take place occasionally.

Best moment this week: I purchased a new phone full of storage ready for tons of photos of Acacia Rhae. I had my previous phone for over two years and it was time for an upgrade. AND my husband bought me a new car! Photo below. I wanted a pearl white car but I fell in love with the black when I saw it. It's actually a pearl black. You can see glitter on the paint up close. It's a 2013 Ford Escape with black leather interior. I've only ever had two other cars and my last car I drove for ten years. I've never had blue tooth or anything like that so I'm loving all the newer features in this car!
Miss anything? Sleeping through the night.

Movement: Every time I sit still, she moves.

Food Cravings: Lately I've wanted sweet stuff, mostly chocolate. It's funny because I've read that when you're having a girl, you crave sweet foods. When I was first pregnant I was disgusted with sweet foods. That has completely changed at this point. Anything making you queasy or sick: No.

Gender: GIRL!

Symptoms: Acid reflux every now and then, especially when I eat anything tomato based. Acne is getting better but isn't completely gone.
Wedding rings on or off? Wedding ring is always on. I only wear my engagement ring for special occasions now.

Happy or moody most of the time? Happy! Looking forward to: Again, I'm looking forward to maternity leave. I'm counting down. And driving my new car. I'm trying to find any excuse to drive around town.
