I think it's amazing. It's just simple changes. Anyone can do it. I just eat meat and lots of vegetables. Its not even a diet.Ashley
My name is Vladimir and I am 34 years old. I am from Serbia.
Challenge was great. I continue the LCHF diet and I am feeling really good. I didn't follow your all daily meals and recipes but I stick to rules of diet. I exclude all sugars and all industrial food. Usually I didn't have breakfast and I have notice that I eat less and I don't feel hunger anymore. Usually my meal was meat with vegetables, mainly cabbage or green salad with mayonnaise (I used your recipe). Whenever I don't know what to eat I make eggs with bacon and white cheese. Because I haven't had breakfast I figure it that it will be OK to change any meal with eggs.
Everyone tells me that I lost weight and that I look very good, that I am shining.
I didn't notice any bad things, it was little difficult to organise the making of food every day because bakery is out but I handle it. I tried to be on lowest carbohydrate level and everyone tells me that I lost weight and that I look very good, that I am shining.Thank you for your support. LCHF is great.
Loved it! Quit Weight Watchers to do this. Makes sense to me. Will continue to do keto.Pat
I was most happy with how healthy I felt and still feel.
I enjoyed the challenge. I did snack a bit with only nuts but it didn't seem to be that bad. I did lose a bit of weight, about 5 lbs (2 kg). But I was most happy with how healthy I felt and still feel. During the Christmas holiday, I ate chocolate but I didn't enjoy it as much and it made me a bit sick. The next day I got back to keto and started feeling great again. It just feels like a healthier life and it has only been a few weeks.Jesse
I enjoyed all of the recipes and the diet. I lost 4 pounds (2 kg) which I am happy about. Now that the Holidays are ending I will continue and get rid of my last 5 pounds (2 kg).Janet
I heard about keto a few months back but I was very skeptical about it. I thought to myself... this is a suicide mission. Who eats fats and lots of eggs in hopes of losing weight. Well, after trying other methods and failing, i finally decided to give it a shot.I lost 12 pounds (5 kg) in one month and I couldn't be happier.
I lost 12 pounds (5 kg) in one month and I couldn't be happier. I have learnt a lot more about how to eat and I am very pleased. Though I slipped up a few days due to the festive season, I definitely will return to my keto way of life as it is very easy and doable. It's real food... not grass! I don't feel hungry all the time... I just love it.Following the Diet Doctor also makes everything easy. I love the daily email reminder I received during the 2-week challenge, the easy-to-follow recipes, the motivational videos... the only thing I feel is missing is a phone app. Having an app will make everything even much more easier.

Hi, this was certainly worth doing... it worked. Well for my husband but not so well for me.My husband began with a weight of 230 lbs (104 kg) (5.8 height - 173 cm) needing to drop 40 lbs (18 kg), and has dropped 15 lbs (7 kg) within 3 weeks. I was at 145 lbs (66 kg) (5.2 height - 157 cm) wanting to drop 20 lbs (9 kg) but was only able to drop 4 lbs (2 kg) within the 3 weeks.
I'm not discouraged, we will keep working on it.
