The journey I am set upon
Is full of joy and pain
Sometimes dragging through the sand
Others, drenched in rain
I can say without a doubt
That You are worth it all
For I am gaining more of You
In areas of my fall.
Bit by bit I’m coming round
To trust and rest in You
I can walk a lighter step
Knowing You are true
To all that’s written in Your Word
The pulse of life within
Is throbbing deeply in my heart
Converting everything.
