I have a pretty blue polish from The Hungry Asian to share with you today. Brrr! is a blue jelly base with red and silver hex glitters. It was released earlier this year and when I first saw it, I knew I had to have it, but of course I've waited until now to try it, smh.
Brrr! has a good formula. It applies well and can be opaque in three coats. I used four coats on my swatching hand because I used thin coats. However, on my right hand, I was able to get it opaque in three coats. I used Rejuvacote as a base and Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

I really like this polish. It's reminiscent of winter.
SB: I started holding the top coat bottle when I have minis because it's so hard to get a good picture with mini bottles. I'm sure fellow bloggers can relate.
