Sometimes it can be the smaller things in life that make us happy. For example, it makes me feel like the most important woman in the world when my cat Eloise acts as my shadow. I love it. (I also realize how much of a 'cat lady' I am.) In a more materialistic sense, it can also be the smallest purchases that can put an extra pep in our step. For me, it was this set of ear cuffs on sale for only $3! I decided on wearing only one at a time to keep it from looking too costume-y.
