Power pop veterands The Flashcubes pay tribute to Slade, the seminal English glam rock band. For their take Gudbuy T'Jane they put in a call to former New York Dolls guitarist Steve Conte, who was happy to lend a hand. They beefed up the drum sound for this one. There is only one Noddy Holder, but they did a fine job with the vocals. A timeless classic revived for rockers of all ages.
