The Dreaded Lob!

Hey everyone!

So many people complain about the lob (usually after they lose) but the lob is the most underrated shot in doubles. It can be used both offensively AND defensively.

Many people have trouble lobbing because they focus on changing their stroke which causes an unforced error partly because they have the wrong stroke process. Here's a quick visualization that will help you lob without thinking of your stroke.
